  • Earn:
    • *$1500 to $2000 USD per month depending on experience.
    • Plus an annual bonus of +1 month salary if our internal team scores you 8+ out of 10 overall, reviewed and paid every 6 months.

We will ask you to share details of Bubble apps you have worked on before, including details on workflows. We may also have a short competency test to work on as part of your application.

ABM Stars are an Account-based marketing agency, officially based in Central London but with a Nationwide remote-working team of 10-15 people.

Account-based marketing is becoming *the* way to market any B2B business, and the global ABM market is due to double in size to $1.6bn by 2027 – it’s an exciting place to be.

Our goal is to be *the* very best results-based agency for specific sectors, one sector at a time. Our multi-channel ABM campaigns deliver unbeatable results and we are recruiting as we have a queue of MSPs knocking on our door for our guaranteed performance model.

The growth potential in this red-hot ABM market is limitless and global. We are planning our rollout into the US for 2022.

Role Overview
We gave an internal campaigning tool – it handles marketing data and marketing campaigns all in one place.

You will be working under the Lead Bubble Developer to fix bugs and develop the product, all managed in a Trello sprint board weekly.

Who Should Apply
We hire people who get things done. No procrastination or over-engineering (a form of procrastination) – completer-finishers only.

You must have proven experience with:
– API Integrations / Webhooks – i.e. integrating with 3rd party applications
– Recursive and regular Workflows – relatively complex ones, our app is beyond basics
– Scalability – we are not working with 10 records, you need to think in thousands and will this workflow handle 10X today’s data flow.

These are non-negotiables, please do not apply if these things sound hard to you.

And very nice-to-have >> if you have worked on a similar application, handling sales or marketing data and a campaign tool of any kind. That experience will put you ahead of the rest.

We are a fully remote team working all over the UK. If working from home fits your lifestyle and you know you are good at what you do, then we could well be a great fit.

**You must not subcontract**. You will be expected to sign a declaration that states you will not subcontract any of our work without our explicit permission.

Outcomes you will be measured on

We have high benchmarks courtesy of a very high-quality existing team. You will be expected to deliver features on our Bubble platform per weekly Sprints, in liaison with your Manager.

We have vast experience running sprints and estimating workloads.

The internal Operations Team, who the platform is ultimately for, will score your performance based on how they find the day-to-day platform usage and dealing with issues they raise.

Low-risk Role Trial

We totally understand that any job move is a risk – even if you could earn £100k+. What if your Boss is a monster, what if the platform is rubbish, what if …. lots of what ifs!

So if you do already have other work, you can trial 20 paid hours of this role and see how you get on. We’ll simply book 20hrs work in with you, with 2-3 very specific tasks to complete and see how you get on (and whether your Boss is a monster).
