Role Overview
This role is the operational backbone of the sales team. You won’t be selling or making calls — you’ll be making sure the system runs like a machine.
Your job is to support the Sales Director and CSM by ensuring the CRM is clean, campaigns are launched, performance is visible, and small tasks don’t slip through the cracks.
You’ll follow proven systems to:
- Manage outbound flows through software
- Tidy and maintain our CRM weekly
- Help turn client wins into shareable success stories
- Support proposal follow-up and nurture workflows
- Keep reporting up to date every Monday
- Help boost our LinkedIn activity

You’ll be working from home, on a flexible 3-days-per-week schedule. You’ll be expected to own your outputs, communicate clearly, and stick to our weekly rhythms (e.g. reporting by Monday morning).
Qualifications Required
- Excellent English and clear written communication
- Reliable internet and a quiet environment
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Detail-focused with strong task follow-through
- Experience with CRM or sales data a plus (e.g. Hubspot, Pipedrive, Instantly)
- Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Slack, email platforms
