ABM Campaign Manager (Clients)

ABM Stars are an award-winning Account-based marketing agency, officially based in Central London but with a Nationwide remote-working team of 10-15 people.
Account-based marketing is becoming *the* way to market any B2B business, and the global ABM market is due to double in size to $1.6bn by 2027 – it’s an exciting place to be.
Our goal is to be *the* very best results-based agency for specific sectors, one sector at a time. Our multi-channel ABM campaigns deliver unbeatable results and we are recruiting as we have a queue of MSPs knocking on our door for our guaranteed performance model.
The growth potential in this red-hot ABM market is limitless and global. We are currently rolling out into the US too – it’s an exciting place.
Role Overview
We run outreach campaigns for our clients. You will monitor all responses to this outreach, and respond in an appropriate way depending on the type of reply.
We use centralised systems making replies easy to monitor and manage.
Your replies to ‘tell me more’ and ‘future positive’ types of responses are particularly important. These are the ones where you can and should convert them through to a meeting at least at 30% of the time over time.
Our central system also needs administering and where there are data gaps on important prospects who have shown intent to buy you will be required to call the business to get that data (for example: Susan told me to email Tony Jones but I can’t find him on LinkedIn, can you help me out please).

Qualifications/Experience Required
- Instantly/Unibox Experience Essential **or similar outreach tools**
- An English language Graduate Degree
- Brilliant English written skills
- Brilliant English-speaker – for calling Company receptions

Outcomes you will be measured on
- Speed to reply = less than 3 minutes
- Conversion of ‘more info please’ responses @ 20%+
- Conversion of ‘future positive’ responses @ 30%+
- Administration of our central system i.e. prospects tagged up correctly, ability to organise important prospects etc…
