ABM Stars is an award-winning Account-based marketing agency, officially based in Central London but with a Nationwide remote-working team of 10-15 people.
Account-based marketing is becoming *the* way to market any B2B business, and the global ABM market is due to double in size to $1.6bn by 2027 – it’s an exciting place to be.
Our goal is to be *the* very best results-based agency for specific sectors, one sector at a time. Our multi-channel ABM campaigns deliver unbeatable results and we are recruiting as we have a queue of MSPs knocking on our door for our guaranteed performance model.

Role Overview
We run account-based marketing campaigns for our clients. It always involves direct mail and multi-channel follow-up. This is all controlled from a central internal platform you will be using for most of your work.
- Work in our internal platform to submit Direct Mail campaigns on behalf of our clients
- Ensure follow-up (multi-channel, part-automated) runs smoothly
- Manage replies to marketing
- Not client-facing i.e. face-to-face, but you will have digital comms with clients
- Keep our internal platform (a bit like a CRM) tagged and tidy – everything runs through our internal platform
You have a Campaign Executive and outsourced Auditors to help you ensure things run smoothly, as such you will have some team leadership duties (with a small team of 2) and a reporting line direct to the COO.

Qualifications Required
- Some experience in managing people (just 1-2 people is fine)
- Some experience with Marketing Campaigns
- Some client handling experience

Outcomes you will be measured on
You will report to the COO. We have structured processes and pre-programmed marketing ‘recipes’. The basic monthly outcome you need to achieve is: get all the marketing out for all of your clients. Then be on top of benchmarking the performance and acting on any under-performance or campaign flow issues.
